You will report directly to the Vice President of E-Commerce Product and will have the product responsibility for the Stay Tribe within the E-Commerce division.
The mission of the Stay Tribe is to assist our members in preparing for and enjoying their stay in our hotels and to make our mobile applications the ideal travel companion for our members.
You will be responsible for exploring new product development opportunities in hotels via applications and generating additional revenue through our ecosystem of partners and services (restaurants, spas, mobility, etc.). You enjoy getting out in the field, visiting hotels, understanding our customers’ expectations, and the opportunities available across our premium, midscale, economy, luxury, ultra-luxury, and lifestyle segments.
You will lead teams of Web and Apps Product Owners (iOS, Android, Huawei) and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Product Marketing, Design, Tech team, SEO, Data, Hotel Services, Hotel Distribution, etc.) and external parties to ensure alignment of company objectives, hoteliers’ goals, and member satisfaction.
You will directly engage with the regions, brands, and hotels within the group (over 40 brands, 5400 hotels, 18 languages) and the digital partners of the hotels.
Your mission:
Strategy and Vision:
- Define the vision, OKRs, and strategy for your product portfolio in alignment with Accor and Web Direct’s overall goals and in collaboration with other Tech, Design, and Business leaders of the Stay Tribe.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behaviors, and technological developments to anticipate necessary evolutions (digital key, facial recognition, generative AI, VR/AR, etc.).
Product Portfolio Management:
- Drive the complete product lifecycle of e-commerce products, from conception to market launch.
- Work closely with development, design, analytics, experimentation, and product marketing teams to ensure consistent and high-quality execution.
- Ensure products comply with industry regulations and best practices.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Strengthen, recruit, and motivate a team of Product Owners and e-commerce specialists.
- Develop team skills and foster a collaborative working environment.
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.
- Manage product development budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Enhance employer branding and contribute to Accor’s visibility in the digital and product ecosystem.
Internal and External Collaboration:
- Collaborate with various departments (Business, regions, brands, marketing, partnerships, loyalty, customer service, etc.) to ensure an integrated approach.
- Maintain relationships with external partners and suppliers.
- Establish close relationships with your counterparts in Design, Tech, and Business within the Tribe, as well as with counterparts in other E-Commerce and Product Tribes of the Digital & Business Factory.
- Maximize the value of your products and your team’s work within Accor and externally.
Performance Monitoring:
- Drive business and user value through your product portfolio.
- Monitor and improve product performance and identify areas of value and improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports on product progress and effectiveness.
- Establish and track KPIs to assess and improve product performance.

Required skills:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital product management, with at least 5 years in a management role (managing at least 5 direct reports).
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful product strategies, ideally in E-Commerce.
- Strong business acumen and field experience, ideally acquired in a retail and luxury environment or in boutique management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Solid experience with agile methodologies and product methodologies (discovery, delivery, FOCUSED, GIST, double diamond, OST).
- Expertise in Web and App and an understanding of technical issues on Apps (iOS, Android).
- Deep understanding of the E-Commerce and/or hospitality sector.
