Based in Odense, Denmark, you will act as the connection between customers, requirements, and the R&D team. You will ensure that the product and business strategies get translated into actionable requirements for the development team to build in an agile fashion.
When not working directly with the engineers, you will be a key player player in our tight-knit Product Management Organization working side by side with a talented group of product managers and subject matter experts to define innovative next generation products while simultaneously enhancing our existing best-in-class solutions. You will interact with a multi-disciplinary team including R&D, Operations, Quality, Support, Sales, Service, and more.
Your core tasks will cover owning requirements specification for the embedded software portfolio. Further, you will own the requirements backlog and ensure seamless coordination around internal and external testing.
Other examples of your casts include:
- Ongoing management of multiple stakeholders across various business functions.
- Interview customers to identify needs, trends, and opportunities for product enhancement
- Maintain release documentation and co-ordinate with learning products team
- Provide second-level support as required
- Assist sales team with pre- and post-sales activities
YOUR PROFILE
We imagine that you have a formal relevant education, bachelor’s degree, e.g. in Engineering, Surveying, Business, Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience. You are honest, engaged, structured, analytical, and willing to be part of a great team where we value and use our differences to push the limit of quality and performance.In addition, we expect you to have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface at multiple levels and functions.
- Strong understanding of end-user needs, market/technology trends, and competitive strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with both internal and external key contacts.
- Strong proficiency in English.
- Experience working on embedded software products for industrial customers is a large bonus
- Knowledge and experience in heavy construction or mining industries is a plus.
- Understanding of modern software development processes (Scrum, Agile, SAFe, etc.)
- Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
- Flexibility to collaborate across multiple time zones as needed.
