Our team of talented designers and engineers create innovative new products which have helped hundreds of thousands of people with their day to day challenges. This role is a fantastic opportunity to join our dynamic team at an exciting time of growth across our charity, and to make a meaningful difference through our work supporting disabled people to live with greater independence.  You will engage with end users and experts to understand their needs and determine design requirements, developing viable product experiences for disabled people, to facilitating safe and effective user testing to provide critical feedback on the suitability of proposed design solutions.

To be successful in this role, you will be passionate about using design to create positive social impact and have the ability to lead on design or research activities within Designability’s Design & Innovation projects (e.g. concept design or product testing with disabled people), including planning these activities and reporting outcomes.
