As a Product Lifecycle Management Specialist, Global Parts, you will oversee the full parts lifecycle for Breganze IDEAL/Strawwalker Combines and Header products. Your role covers New Product Introductions, Current Product Maintenance, and End of Service Life, ensuring smooth transitions and efficient lifecycle management.

Your Impact

-You execute Aftersales deliverables for new product introduction globally following AGCO’s Major Product Introduction Process (AMPIP)
-You lead, facilitate and coordinate with Supply Chain on early lifecycle activities, including initial Stock and Dealer Stocking Inventory, Service Calculator and Parts Catalogue support
-You manage Product Field Campaigns and issues (including Product Support Programs (PSP), and Product Problem Resolution (PPR))
-You represent Aftersales Parts trough Change Management Process including Change Review Boards and implementation
-You develop obsolescence avoidance strategies and minimize Last Time Buy (LTB) requests
-You oversee tooling disposition and review No Longer Available (NLA) parts  
 

Your Experience and Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Agribusiness, or Supply Chain
-3 years of experience in project management, product development, purchasing or industrial operations
-Fluency in English and Italian
-Strong decision-making, adaptability, and proactive initiative while ensuring quality and customer focus
-Excellent analytical, technical, organizational and leadership skills
