What You’ll Build:
We are looking for a Product Manager with strong technical skills to support the delivery of AI-focused and data-driven projects across the organization. In this role, you will work closely with engineering, data science, and business teams to translate use-case requirements into clear execution plans. You’ll help ensure that AI and automation solutions are developed, validated, and delivered effectively.
As the voice of the customer and market, you will own the full product lifecycle—from ideation to delivery and continuous improvement—balancing technical feasibility, business priorities, ethics, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:

-Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand problems, gather requirements, and define clear AI or automation use cases

-Support scoping, prioritization, and planning of project-based development work based on feasibility, business value, and timelines

-Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications for engineering and data teams (using Jira or similar tools)

-Work with cross-functional teams to guide project execution, ensure alignment, and clarify details as development progresses

-Participate in ideation, prototyping, and validation of AI capabilities, workflow improvements, or data-driven features

-Track project success metrics, collect feedback from users and stakeholders, and support iterative improvements

-Stay informed on AI/ML trends, agentic workflows, and enterprise integration practices to bring relevant insights into project discussions
What You Bring:

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, AI, product management, or a related technical/quantitative field
style=”list-style-type:disc”-
-Proven product management experience in technical products (big plus if with LLMs, GenAI, autonomous/multi-agent systems)

– Understanding of agentic AI concepts, orchestration, RAG, tool use, prompt engineering, and evaluation is a plus

– Skilled in agile product delivery (Scrum/SaFe) with hands-on Jira expertise and cross-functional collaboration

– Strong communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills

– Experience defining KPIs, analyzing user feedback, and iterating products responsibly with awareness of compliance, safety, and bias

– Passion for innovation and continuous learning; familiarity with agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, etc.), cloud-native tech, or enterprise SaaS is a plus
