About your future role
We are looking for a very experienced product manager for our eCommerce platform Easy, the leading Nordic checkout solution for SMEs. You will take responsibility for the merchant portal, which our clients use daily, to handle their eCommerce payments.Your objective in the role will be to build a platform that allows eCom business responsible leaders at our merchant clients, to optimise their eCom business; and which gives their employees and colleagues in customer servicing and finance teams, the smoothest possible workflows.Our merchant portal is built by two end to end delivery teams, with focus on the merchant experience and transactions processing respectively. You will work in the end to end delivery team responsible for the experience, which means you will be focusing heavily on the front end.As our new product manager, you will champion modern product development practices within your team and the portal domain. It will be your responsibility to prioritise and scope team work, to achieve the right outcomes for our customers and our business.We work in cross functional teams, and we believe that strongly empowered teams, with skilled product trios are the route to building products that clients love. We are looking for a product manager who holds the same beliefs and has substantial experience working like this.Your most important internal partners will be our eCom sales leads in the Nordics and Dach, as well as the managers in Client services and Operations in the geographies served by the Easy platform. You will also work closely with our Go-To-Market experts and pre-sales product support.As Product Manager you will report to the head of product for the Easy platform and in your daily job you will:

  • Meet clients on a very regular basis, to build an understanding for their needs – spoken as well as un-articulated
  • Follow the trends in the market and stay abreast of the competitive landscape
  • Build the roadmap for your team
  • Work closely with the service designer and tech lead in your team, to scope and design merchant portal solutions
  • Maintain the team backlog and, with the scrum master, drive coordination and planning activities
  • Support sales and technical integration teams in client meetings where needed
  • Conduct regular commercial follow-ups on already launched products

  • Knowledge of either the payment domain or book keeping/finance is a must
  • Experience in client-centric development methods such as continuous discovery, design thinking methodology, Google sprint, prototyping, A/B testing, user research etc.
  • Experience of objectives-based and data-driven product development. Methods and skills such as OKRs, north star metrics, hypothesis, statistics, data analytics, and user analytics
  • Proven track record of client centric product development
  • Advanced communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
  • Experience in B2B products and ideally also within products and services for SME clients will be seen as an advantage but is not a pre-requisite.
