Our Cork based client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product & Pricing Data Manager to join their growing team. This role is part of a central support hub that provides information vital to the success of the business. The core objective is to obtain, upload and maintain all product information and pricing on the central ERP system. It supports the sales, web, buying, logistics and accounts teams in providing them with the information they require to offer an excellent customer service experience. The role requires strong supplier relationship management to ensure timely delivery of product information to the business.Responsibilities Include:
- Obtaining information from Vendors to upload product details into the Microsoft Dynamics ERP system
- Updating of pricing information including special pricing and promotions
- Maintaining accurate up to date product information
- Providing specialist product information to various teams as necessary.
- Communication of updates to increase trading opportunities
Experience and Skill Requirements:
- Strong commercial awareness
- High standard of organisation, disciplined work approach and ability to complete tasks on time and to a high standard
- High attention to detail with strong working knowledge of large data sets on Microsoft Excel Comprehensive Excel Skills required
- Excellent numerical. analytical and problem-solving skills with very strong computer literacy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluent English.
- Sharepoint/Microsoft Dynamics Business Central an advantage
