Product Safety & Regulatory Engineer – Veldhoven, the Netherlands

We’re looking for a Product Safety & Regulatory Engineer to ensure products meet global compliance and safety standards. In this role, you’ll conduct risk assessments, guide product teams on regulatory requirements, and support the development of innovative, high-tech capital equipment. You’ll play a vital part in securing CE and global certifications, ensuring product safety from design through delivery.

What You’ll Do

Perform product safety assessments and risk analyses
*

Maintain compliance documentation and support CE certification processes
*

Advise cross-functional teams on evolving regulations and safety standards
*

Apply knowledge of Machinery Directive, IEC/UL/CSA 61010-1, and other electrical/machinery safety standards
*

Collaborate globally and communicate effectively across cultures and departments

What We’re Looking For

Degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred)
*

3-5 years of experience in product safety and compliance
*

Strong understanding of CE directives and high-tech equipment regulations
*

Hands-on experience with electrical safety standards
*

Proactive, flexible, and comfortable in fast-paced environments
*

Fluent in English with strong communication skills
