Make your mark for patients
To strengthen our Immunology team, we are looking for a talented individual to fill the position of: Product Specialist Dermatology – Lombardia.
About the role
-Be responsible for the promotion of UCB products to the respective stakeholder in the assigned territory.
-Understand the ecosystem and collaborating with the internal stakeholders to enable Health Care Professional to identify the right patient’ profiles for our therapeutic options.
You will work with
You will collaborate closely with several teams of the company such as MSLs, Area Leads, Market Access, … and also with key external stakeholders with the goal to identify the right patient profile for our therapeutic options.
What you will do
-Defining and driving the UCB activities on your territory and by coordinating with the local field team composed by yourself, MSL and Field Access Partner.
-Executing the omnichannel plan of scientific communication.
-Being accountable in terms of scientific updates in the therapeutic area and UCB products.
-Implementing and delivering solutions to the relevant stakeholders.
-Collecting and sharing insights from the ecosystem, proposing proactively possible solutions to be implemented in the ecosystem.
-To facilitate the access for UCB products, engaging non-clinical stakeholders in selected accounts.
-Updating and filling, timely and in proper manner, our platform for reporting purposes.
-Building relationships with the health care professionals and health care structures for the activity of Pharmaceutical Scientific Information.
-Being responsible of the activity plan execution in the own territory accounts in respect of the laws, the ethics and compliance governing the pharma professionals.
Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills:
-Bachelor’s Degree.
-At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
-An experience in Dermatology is a strong asset
-Capacity to identify and analyze medical, scientific and therapeutic area opportunities and problems, and make proposals for appropriate improvements
-Act as a subject area expert and create awareness of patient journeys, unmet needs and therapeutic area-related topics
-Actively contribute to and take responsibility for patient solution development and implementation in alignment with the role’s accountabilities
-Identify and map the key influencers in the healthcare environment
-Understand the health ecosystem and how it changes over time, and use that to inform access strategy and planning
-Understand the implications of new issues and trends on the stakeholder’s business, leading to a deeper understanding of the stakeholder’s business and strategy
-Consider the impact on and alignment with the organization when setting goals, making decisions and organizing activities and uses knowledge of drug life cycle to inform decision-making
-Contributes to the creation and maintenance of partnerships and novel ways of interacting with stakeholders
-Identify networking opportunities to enhance the value offering to patients
-Represent the patient unmet needs during stakeholder engagements.
-Manage available resources and processes needed to secure them and consider patient value when making resource decisions
-Review plan outcomes and update plans accordingly
-Coordinate and synthesize thinking around innovative solutions
-Open to change and to embrace new challenges
-Italian & English: good level in reading, speaking, writing and understanding
