* Advocate for the company’s interests by participating in industry discussions and collaborating with regulatory agencies. Your voice will help shape the future of product stewardship in the EMEAI region.

To be successful, you’ll possess:

* A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Toxicology, Engineering, or a similar field, coupled with a strong foundation in product stewardship principles.
* At least 3 years of experience in product stewardship with a proven track record of implementing REACH and CLP regulations. Your in-depth knowledge will ensure the company stays ahead of the curve.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to engage, inspire, and motivate a team in a cross-cultural environment. You’ll build a high-performing team that thrives in a collaborative and fast-paced setting.
* Experience consulting and troubleshooting to develop solutions for complex product regulatory issues. Your problem-solving skills will be essential in navigating the ever-evolving regulatory landscape.
* The ability to effectively lead and manage international teams and projects simultaneously. Your organizational skills and ability to prioritize will be crucial for success.
* Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills in English, essential for clear communication across departments and with external stakeholders.
* A passion for continuous improvement and a commitment to sustainable practices. You’ll be a driving force behind the company’s efforts to minimize environmental impact.

This is an opportunity to:

* Make a real difference in the world by shaping the future of sustainable product development in a thriving industry.
* Lead a talented team in a dynamic and growing organization, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
* Work in a global environment with the chance to travel and broaden your horizons.
