Production Operator – Grow with a company at the forefront of developing advanced therapeutic solutions

We’re seeking a Production Operator for a production operator position in Visp with a leading biotech company. This role is an opportunity to work for a company that has a mission to address unmet medical needs and make a difference in the lives of patients. You can expect a permanent contract in as little as 6 months.

Responsibilities
* Operate production equipment according to GMP and safety regulations
* Monitor production processes and perform quality checks
* Perform cleaning and maintenance of production equipment and rooms

Requirements
* Completed basic technical training as a chemical technician, machine mechanic, or similar
* Several years of professional experience in a GMP-regulated production plant or career starter after completed training
* Good knowledge of written and spoken English, German is an advantage
* Good GMP knowledge
* Drive for continuous improvement and act proactively
* Independent, agile, flexible, accurate, and clean way of working
* Willingness to work in a 2-model shift pattern 6-14 + 14-22
