With our commitment to increase penetration in an underserved hearing care market, we want to accelerate our business transformation in order to reach more people, more effectively.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the Group Transformation Office recently established within Corporate Strategy. The Program Manager will lead a critical Compliance Program, integrating digital solutions across Legal, IT, and Finance to meet regulatory standards. This program is fundamental for our IPO preparation, which is why two to three years of experience in driving large-scale transformations is a key requirement. Another key requirement is solid stakeholder management experience and ability to influence without authority as the Program Manager will engage with C-suite executives on a regular basis to ensure traction. Ideally, the Program Manager brings experience from a leading consultancy, such as McKinsey, BCG or Bain, or in-house Strategy and Transformation Office.What you will doProgram Delivery (First-Year Focus: Compliance Program)

  • Collaborate with Legal, IT, and Finance to define and ensure alignment on program milestones, KPIs and targets
  • Develop program roadmap, business case, performance scorecard, budget, resource overviews etc.
  • Drive execution and manage program risks, requests and decisions to ensure continuous traction and realization of impact

Coordination and Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the central point of contact for C-suite executives, incl. Chief Legal Officer, ensuring seamless communication and alignment
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure timely follow-ups on program milestones and reporting to Executive Committee
  • Maintain detailed program documentation, including schedules, updates, and compliance frameworks

Establishing Best Practices

  • Contribute to setting up and define processes and methodologies in new Group Transformation Office
  • Lead by example in implementing structured approaches to program management

Future Program Management

  • Deliver additional strategic initiatives aligned with the Transformation Office’s goals.

What you bringExperienceEducation

  • Degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.

Work Experience:

  • 2-3 years of experience in program management at a global consulting firm or in-house from large global companies
  • Proven ability to deliver complex, cross-functional initiatives with high visibility and impact
  • Familiarity with compliance-related programs or projects involving Legal, IT, or Finance functions

Certifications (Preferred but Not Required):

  • Managing Successful Programs (MSP) certification or equivalent program management training

  • Technical Understanding: Experience with IT system implementation and digital project management.
