As Program Manager you will lead the execution of our IDEAL Play to Win initiative. This role ensures cross-functional alignment, drives program coordination, and supports strategic decision-making. A key focus will be on the commercial workstream, aligning regional, brand, and sales & marketing efforts. The ideal candidate combines strong program management skills with the ability to operate autonomously and influence across teams.

The role will report to the Vice President of Global Harvesting Ideal. 

Your Impact

Program Management

Structure, track, and follow up on key cross-functional initiatives to ensure alignment and execution of the “Play to Win” objectives

Plan, prepare, and document key program meetings, ensuring structured decision-making and accountability

Maintain a clear program roadmap, highlighting critical milestones, risks, and dependencies

Drive cross-functional coordination by proactively identifying challenges and ensuring timely resolution

Provide strategic support to the functional leaders, ensuring effective program governance and execution

Strategic & Conceptual Work

Support key workstreams with strategic guidance, frameworks, and concepts, ensuring clarity in execution and impact

Conduct analyses to support fact-based decision-making and performance tracking

Identify and drive opportunities for improvements and efficiency gains within the turnaround initiative

Commercial Workstream Support

Closely support the commercial workstream, ensuring seamless alignment across regions, brands, and marketing & sales teams

Facilitate discussions between commercial teams to ensure consistency in program execution

Track and align key commercial initiatives, ensuring they contribute to the broader play to win objectives

Your Experience and Qualifications

Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives

Substantial experience in Program Management Office (PMO) functions or large-scale transformation programs

In-depth understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and strategic planning frameworks

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to influence and engage stakeholders at various levels
