Job Description Summary As the Program Manager Manufacturing, you will drive radiopharmaceutical process improvements, new product implementations, and problem solving. You will lead a team of experts at our Eindhoven manufacturing site and collaborate with colleagues at other sites to manage the global SPECT program. You will report directly to the Global Competence Center Leader based in Eindhoven. As part of the Pharmaceutical Diagnostics (PDx) business of GE HealthCare, we support the PDx vision of being the best-in-class supply chain delivering the right dose to the right patient at the right time.Essential ResponsibilitiesLead and coach a team of 4-5 process engineers, and serve as a member of the site leadership team at the Eindhoven manufacturing site;Manage and oversee projects related to New Product Introduction (NPI) and Life Cycle Management (LCM), focusing on compliance, reliability, capacity and productivity;Provide leadership in in complex problem-solving using structured methods (e.g. Six Sigma);Identify and drive technology improvements and standardization across sites for the global SPECT portfolio;Provide technical expertise and guidance to optimize manufacturing safety, quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness;Build trust and foster positive relationships with cross-functional and global teams to create a supportive and collaborative work environment;Drive the delivery of projects by serving as a member of the steering committees.Basic Requirements and QualificationsRelevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field;Minimum of 5 years management experience;Proven track record in project delivery;Strong understanding of sterile manufacturing processes, technologies, LEAN / Six Sigma, regulatory affairs and GMP;Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (Dutch and English), with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.BehaviorsWe expect all employees to live and breathe our behaviors: to act with humility and build trust; lead with transparency; deliver with focus, and drive ownership – always with unyielding integrity.Total RewardsOur total rewards are designed to unlock your ambition by giving you the boost and flexibility you need to turn your ideas into world-changing realities.
