Job Description

PSM is responsible for the management and co-ordination of all customer support requirements for the program and for coordinating activities to meet customer and Safran Landing Systems expectations in technical, commercial and logistical areas.

PSM guarantees customer satisfaction and the commercial and economic performance of the program.

Complementary Description

PSM, with the support of customer support functions and outside divisions (WB design office, commerce, marketing, and program) is responsible to achieve the company objectives and customer expectations within the following areas of responsibility:

• Planning the business

• Planning the demand

• In service issue resolution

• Airframer Relationship

• Customer satisfaction / AL satisfaction

• Support the ILS activities on a new development and variant.

• Control program risks
