Job description

Greentalent, recruiter specialized in the search and selection of professionals and managers in the Energy, Engineering, and Environment sectors, on behalf of a leading company in the renewable energy industry, is looking for:Project DeveloperReporting directly to the Head of Development, the Project Developer will support the Development team in the management of project portfolios, taking responsibility for the following key tasks:

• Coordinating and interfacing with external developers and engineering service providers;
• Analyzing renewable energy projects to assess their feasibility and profitability;
• Supporting the Business Development team in acquiring land for PV projects;
• Supporting the Business Development team in M&A transactions;
• Using available simulation tools to assess project capacity;
• Reviewing design documents prepared by external developers before submission for project authorization;
• Assisting the permitting process by engaging with local authorities and attending authorization meetings (e.g., conferenze dei servizi);
• Supporting other internal functions (e.g., EPC management, asset management, etc.), when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Engineering;
• At least 1-2 years of valuable experience in renewable energy project development;
• In-depth knowledge of sector regulations and local/regional regulations;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Strong communication skills;
• Excellent project coordination and teamwork capabilities;
• Fluent in English;
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Italy.
