The Project Lead will be responsible for managing projects using Agile methodologies. This role involves leading project teams, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring successful implementation within the organization. The Project Lead will act as a Scrum Master, driving the Agile practices and assisting with change management processes. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Lead project teams in the implementation of agile methodologies2. Act as a scrum master and facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives3. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets4. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise5. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals6. Implement change management strategies to support project initiatives7. Provide guidance and support to team members on agile best practices8. Ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality standardsSkill Requirements
1. Proficient in agile methodologies and frameworks such as scrum, kanban, or lean2. Strong project management skills with experience in change management3. Excellent communication and leadership abilities4. Certified scrum master (csm) or other relevant agile certifications5. Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and dynamic environment6. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills7. Experience in software development and it projects8.
