This entails taking responsibility for relationships with responsible developers and all relevant stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure their success in the development phase until Ready to Build status and assessing the different areas of the Company in the construction and operating phases.Functions

  • Comprehensive management of a renewable projects portfolio, with responsibility for planning, coordinating, and supervising all tasks and stages of project development, from origination to commissioning (including leadership of functions up to Ready to Build).
  • Coordination of all external partners and suppliers (co-developers, consultants, etc.). Management of relationships with various external stakeholders (government entities at all levels, grid operators, landowners, competitors).
  • Supervision and leadership internal multidisciplinary teams involved in project development across different phases (Resource Origination, Engineering, Project Services, etc.).
  • Development of a detailed plan for each project, ensuring identification of objectives, critical phases, timeline, and necessary resources. Implementation of a regular reporting system on the status and evolution of the portfolio under their responsibility.

Requirements

  • Academic background: University degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Additional/Desirable Training: Specialization in Energy, particularly renewable
  • energies. Additionally, training in environmental sciences, agronomy, etc. is valued if it has been linked to the energy sector.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience performing the functions descr bed.
  • Tools/Specific Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Italian permitting process for renewable projects.
  • Languages: English C1/ Italian C1-C2 /Spanish (desirable)

Ciò comporterá gestire le relazioni con gli sviluppatori responsabili e con tutte le parti interessate rilevanti, sia interne che esterne, per garantire il successo nella fase di sviluppo.Funzioni

  • Gestione completa di un portafoglio di progetti rinnovabili, con la responsabilità di pianificare, coordinare e supervisionare tutte le attività e le fasi dello sviluppo del progetto, dal principio fino alla messa in servizio (compresa la leadership delle funzioni fino allo stato “Pronto per la costruzione”).
  • Coordinamento di tutti i partner esterni e dei fornitori (co-sviluppatori, consulenti, ecc.). Gestione delle relazioni con vari stakeholder esterni (enti governativi a tutti i livelli, operatori di rete, proprietari terrieri, concorrenti).
  • Supervisione e leadership di team interni multidisciplinari coinvolti nello sviluppo del progetto nelle diverse fasi (Origine delle risorse, Ingegneria, Servizi del progetto, ecc.).
  • Sviluppo di un piano dettagliato per ciascun progetto, garantendo l’identificazione degli obiettivi, delle fasi critiche, della timeline e delle risorse necessarie. Implementazione di un sistema regolare di reporting sullo stato e sull’evoluzione del portafoglio di cui sarai responsabile.

Requisiti

  • Formazione accademica: Laurea universitaria in Ingegneria o equivalente.
  • Formazione aggiuntiva/desiderabile: Specializzazione in Energia, in particolare energie rinnovabili. Inoltre, la formazione in scienze ambientali, agronomia, ecc. sarà valutata se collegata al settore energetico.
  • Esperienza: Minimo 3 anni di esperienza svolgendo le funzioni descritte.
  • Strumenti/conoscenze specifiche: Conoscenza approfondita del processo di autorizzazione italiano per i progetti rinnovabili.
  • Lingue: Inglese C1 / Italiano C1-C2 / Spagnolo (desiderabile)
