• Seeking or interested in pursuing professional chartership with organisations such as RICS, CIOB, RIBA, or MICE.
• Demonstrating excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to produce high-quality reports and instructions.
• Track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects.
• Experience in preparing winning tender submissions.

Role Responsibilities

• Conducting feasibility studies, site surveys, investigations, and evaluations.
• Managing project finances from start to finish, including cash flow forecasts, monitoring expenditures, and recommending client payments.
• Handling contract administration, including JCT and NEC agreements.
• Managing consultant teams to ensure compliance with contract specifications. Addressing deviations from specifications and budget with the client.
• Ensuring compliance with CDM regulations throughout project delivery.
• Providing regular reports to clients on project aspects, including inspections and scheduling, and overseeing acceptance of works under contract provisions.

Expected salary

£40000 – 50000 per year
