- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Hydrogeology, Project Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in project management.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent people management and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in environmental and/or hydrogeological projects is highly advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in project management software tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to work on a hybrid basis, with the ability to commute to the Cork office as required.
