- Carry out project management activity that is aligned to the global Project Management/Clinical Trials strategy for activities such as ascertaining and meeting customer needs through clinical trials, ensuring all required documentation from a legal perspective is obtained and driving projects to completion.
- Accountable for offering bespoke and expert solutions / advice on a variety of clinical trials globally, across various therapy areas, cross selling and upselling where possible.
- Coordinate internal resources and depots for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure each Clinical Trial have the relevant study start-up documents as per the SF18, SOPGL30 and DPI and made available to the relevant stakeholders consistently.
- Contribute to country requirements database and capture information such as Regulatory information, tax rates, Import/Export license requirements, Destruction options, Primary/Secondary labelling requirements and Comparator purchase options
Ensure each Clinical Trial aligns with contract requirements, with international quality standards (ISO GxP and others) as well as the SMO Group Quality system, regional and international legislative requirements and address any adjustments requirement. * Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget and ensure compliance is aligned within to the SMO Group Quality policy and standards.
- Ensure all client data is handled in line with the local regulatory requirements and utmost care.
Assist in the definition of project scope and objective, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility. * Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Ensure daily communication with the assigned representative at the Depot are updated in the inventory system with operations and finance reports, register and escalate any incidents or issues to the Senior Project Manager once the corrective action has been identified. * Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimise project risks whilst ensuring compliance within to the SMO Group Quality policy and standards.
- Liaise with client to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
- Meet budgetary requirements of all projects and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients.
- Report on periodic metrics reports that highlight trends and assess performance against KPI and project Service Level Agreements.
- Ensure that all information is accurately recorded and kept up to date.
- Take part in investigation into non-compliance or incidents within the projects and carryout correction action where required.
- Ensure the business represents the best possible image to clients and the public by ensuring they truly reflect the SMO values and that all client transactions and queries are handled swiftly, efficiently and with care.
- Ensure compliance with relevant local regulations with regards to the supply of medical products and devices by ensuring the correct documentation is available.
- Actively encourage good working relationships and communications with the comparative sourcing team and with the client providing clarity on project progress.

Work experience up 2 years * Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word applications
