This an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing specialist interior contractor specialising in workspace design & build and retail fit-out projects. Currently turning over £11m, this company has ambitious expansion plans for the year ahead. With a strong pipeline of projects, my client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team.ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Project Manager, you will oversee 1-3 projects at a time, splitting your time between site (4 days a week) and home (1 day a week). You will be responsible for managing the completion of CAT A & B office design and build projects, with values ranging from £100k to £3m. All projects will be based in and around London.REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial fit-out contractor
• Commercial awareness
• Strong communication skills
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
