We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Supply Training team. You will coordinate and organize training programs for our operations team, working closely with departments like Quality & Food Safety (Q&FS) and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE). This role involves planning, scheduling, and overseeing the delivery of training sessions, ensuring alignment with company goals and compliance standards.Responsibilities:
– Plan and schedule training sessions with team leaders, labour planning, Q&FS, and HSE teams.
– Support the creation of training materials and coordinate venues.
– Maintain accurate attendance records and handle related administrative tasks.
– Schedule and validate training compliance with quality and safety standards.
– Provide insights to improve training programs.Requirement:
– Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
– Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
– Proficiency in project management tools.
– Background in training or supply chain operations.
– Familiarity with administrative systems and processes.
