Tasks and Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects within the Customer Service (MU) department, from initiation to closure.
• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute project tasks and achieve project goals.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project updates, status reports, and key milestones to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service processes and procedures.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and implement best practices for future projects.
