Nortal is seeking a Project Manager to join us in tackling challenges and creating impactful success stories together.
As a Project Manager, you play a crucial role in planning, executing, and efficiently closing projects. This is an exciting opportunity for you to apply and further develop your project management skills and contribute to the success of our organization. This role is for you if you value cooperation and stakeholders’ engagement, alongside technical and/or domain understanding of what the project is to achieve. Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage software development projects of varying complexity, ensuring efficient processes and team delivery.
  • Ensure the timely and high-quality execution of projects, whether fixed-price or time-and-materials-based.
  • Monitor and control project finances, track detailed project progress, and steer the project using efficient methods.
  • Lead project teams throughout the project life cycle.
  • Build trusting relationships with customers and stakeholders through regular meetings.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in project management with experience in technical project management and leading project teams.
  • Scrum Master certification is a plus.
  • Demonstrated expertise in change management with a track record of successfully navigating and implementing changes.
  • Focus on building a strong team, team members’ satisfaction, and building relationships with team members.
  • Proficiency in both classic and agile project management methods, ideally demonstrated through certifications, training, and/or experience.
  • IT project management expertise, preferably with experience working with public or healthcare sector clients and in responding to tenders.
  • Independent, committed, and structured working style.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset.
  • Proficiency in Estonian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Hands-on mentality, high quality awareness, and the ability to maintain optimism and humor even in critical phases.
