A great opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to work with a client of ours who specialise in Architectural Design, Building Conservation and Quantity Surveying in the UK and Ireland.Benefits:

The Role:

• Contract administration
• Liaise with client, consultants, contractors, suppliers to ensure information, costs, profitability and value, meet the requirements of each project
• Production of employer requirements
• Management of value engineering workshops
• Site and works inspection

The Requirements:

• Third level Project Management qualifications or similar experience in delivering construction projects as Project Manager or as a Building Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor or Construction Manager.
• Experience in a similar construction industry related role for 5+ years
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
