We are looking for someone who combines strategic vision, operational excellence, and the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with client expectations, technical requirements, and business goals—while fostering innovation and maintaining RE:LAB’s standards of quality and delivery.What You’ll Be Working On
- Leading strategic automotive projects from initiation to delivery
- Acting as a key point of contact with major OEMs and Tier 1 clients
- Managing timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder expectations
- Guiding multidisciplinary teams and ensuring effective collaboration
- Identifying risks and proposing proactive solutions
- Ensuring deliverables are aligned with client needs and RE:LAB’s innovation standards
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the automotive sector
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Deep understanding of automotive project lifecycles and delivery standards
- Strategic mindset, with hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent French (C1) and English are essential
- Availability to work on-site or in hybrid mode in France
- Degree in Engineering, Management, or related fields
