You will work in close collaboration with our Designers and Developers based in Kraków and the Commercial team based in Malta to create the best possible gaming experience for the online casino market.The perfect candidate needs to have a couple of years of project management or team management experience within the Gaming sector and a strong passion for creating and nurturing ideas from whomever they come from.QualificationsWho You Are:Here’s an overview of the key responsibilities and skills typically associated with the role of the Project Manager:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of iGaming projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Implement best practices for managing gaming product development, platform integrations, and regulatory changes.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration between various teams, such as game development, compliance, and commercial.
  • Facilitate regular meetings, reviews, and status updates to keep all stakeholders informed about project progress.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including internal departments and third-party providers.
  • Identify and assess project risks, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts.
  • Ensure all projects comply with local and international gaming laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in the iGaming space, providing recommendations for process improvements and innovation.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and implement best practices for future projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, game production, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management within the Gaming or iGaming industry.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to manage several projects at once.
