Job Title: Project Manager Capital Works – Clywedog Valley Partnership
Location: Groundwork Offices – Wrexham
Responsible to: Head of Projects and Contract Delivery

Length of Contract: 12 months (potential extension subject to funding)
Number of hours per week: 15 hours per week
Salary: £12,476 (£31,190 FTE)

Purpose of the job:

This role entails managing the capital work aspect of a
National Lottery Heritage Funded-development year for the partnership Clywedog Valley project,
working up to the submission of a stage 2 delivery phase application in 2025. The primary
outcome will be achieving RIBA Stage 3 for the building works.

The postholder will bring a proven track record in developing and delivering large or high-risk
projects and will be comfortable working within and influencing multi-disciplinary teams. A
flexible and responsive approach will be essential to manage priorities and competing demands
on time. The appointed individual will have skills in managing PR and reputational risk.
