Project Manager with E-Commerce Experience and digital approachDo you possess strong e-commerce and digital transformation experience? Are you capable of leading, driving, and delivering complex projects? Then this role might be for you!For our clients at Solar Danmark, we are looking for a Project Manager with E-commerce experience and a focus on a digital approach.Lead E-commerce ProjectsIn this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering e-commerce projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your focus will be on e-commerce initiatives, but ERP-related projects (SAP) will also be a significant part of your responsibilities.You will develop comprehensive project plans that encompass timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring smooth execution. Communication and collaboration with stakeholders across various regions and departments within Solar are essential. Working closely with cross-functional teams will be a central part of your daily tasks.Be Part of a Dynamic Team Driving Digital InnovationYou will be part of Digital Product Services, a supportive and driven project management team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with the Portfolio Manager and the Director, and report directly to the Director.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage e-commerce projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for both e-commerce initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure alignment across departments.
- Leverage your expertise in both agile and waterfall project management methodologies to deliver optimal results.
- Drive communication with senior management and stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 5 years of experience in digital transformation, e-commerce, and preferably ERP-related projects.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects.
- Strong understanding of content management systems, e-commerce solutions.
- Solid experience with project management methodologies (Prince2, Agile, and Waterfall).
- Proficiency with collaboration tools such as JIRA, Teams, and others.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with both management and cross-functional teams.
- Interest in digital transformation, and a strong passion for driving change.
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably with SAP) and their integration with e-commerce solutions is a plus.
