Flexible working will be part of the discussion at offer stage.JOB PURPOSEJoin our dynamic team as a Project Manager, where you’ll lead the delivery of impactful projects across digital, TV and audio platforms. You’ll drive outcomes that matter, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. • Lead one or more projects or workstreams, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, time, cost, and quality.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Mobilise and manage project teams, including third-party resources.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and governance forums.
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, standards, and procedures.
• Support benefits realisation and handover to business owners.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

• Proven experience managing projects or workstreams to successful outcomes, ideally within a 6-18 month timeframe.
• Demonstrable experience in leading teams, managing risk, and tracking progress using project management tools (e.g. MS Project, JIRA).
• Recognised project management qualification or equivalent experience (e.g. PRINCE2, APMP, Agile certification).
• Strong working knowledge of project lifecycle methodologies and techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and using data to inform decision-making and reporting.

DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED

• Experience delivering projects in fast-changing, complex environments.
• Understanding of organisational transformation and change management.
• Experience managing projects with budgets of £50k+ and teams of 3+ people.
• Knowledge of the media sector and broadcast/digital technologies.
