It offers a comprehensive range of biomarker research services across health, food, and environmental sectors, from project design support to the analysis and integration of data obtained from various omics technologies. We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Specialist Proteomics researcher to join our cutting-edge Proteomics Platform. The successful candidate will work closely with researchers and industry partners to advance proteomics methodologies, particularly in ultra-sensitive quantitative proteomics, post-translational modifications (PTMs), and integrative multi-omics approaches.RESPONSABILITIESAs a valued member of our team, your role encompasses several critical dimensions:

  • Expert operation and maintenance of state-of-the-art LC-MS/MS systems.
  • Development and optimization of novel nanoLC-MS/MS workflows, including label-free quantification, targeted proteomics, and DIA (Data-Independent Acquisition) workflows.
  • In-depth proteomic analysis of complex biological samples (tissues, cell lines, biofluids), with a focus on post-translational modifications (PTMs), glycoproteomics, and interaction proteomics.
  • Implementation of advanced mass spectrometry techniques for global and targeted proteomics, including TMT-labelling and affinity-enrichment workflows.
  • Integration of proteomics data with other omics platforms (e.g., metabolomics, transcriptomics) to support interdisciplinary biological research.
  • Data processing and bioinformatics analysis using tools such as Spectronaut, MaxQuant, Proteome Discoverer, Skyline.
  • Scientific consulting and collaboration with research teams to design experiments, analyze results, and interpret biological insights.
  • Hands-on supervision of proteomics projects, ensuring high-quality data acquisition and analysis.
  • Training and mentoring of PhD students, postdoctoral researchers, and users in proteomics techniques and data analysis.
  • Scientific dissemination through participation in national and international conferences, workshops, and peer-reviewed publications.
