Job description

Tasks

  • Handling of accounting processes for given group company (Discover – new touristic airline, established in 2020)
  • Assuring customer satisfaction and high quality via regular direct contact, and also personally in Frankfurt
  • Posting of RTR and PTP invoices
  • Settlement of payables
  • Preparing documents for payment
  • Vendor Management
  • Supporting Project Manager in projects
  • Fixed Assets Accounting
  • Monthly & Yearly closing
  • Intercompany clearing and reconciliation
  • Taking part and preparing samples for audit sessions
  • Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

  • University diploma: Finance & Accounting or Law or at least 3 year experience in Accounting
  • SAP FI experience
  • MS Office
  • Very good command of English, min. B2
  • Strong co-operation skills
  • Customer orientation
  • Highly independent and systematic approach to work
  • Analytical and conceptual mindset
  • Experience from RTR/PTP department much appreciated
  • CV/Resume required
  • Must possess permit to work in Poland
