  • Monitor & Plan Inquiries: Track emerging tender procedures and RFPs, identifying those aligned with sales objectives, and create a calendar of potential inquiries.
  • Information Dissemination: Register new tenders/RFPs and relay this information to relevant Sales Representatives.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare responses to tender procedures and RFPs.
  • Process Coordination: Coordinate all individuals involved in the proposal response (Sales Representatives, Managers, etc.).
  • Document Compilation: Gather administrative, commercial, legal, and technical components for offers.
  • Timely Submission: Ensure timely submission of proposals/documents with Sales Manager validation.
  • Financial Transfers: Manage requests for manual transfers (e.g., bid bonds, stamp duties) related to public procurement offers.
  • Stock Monitoring: Monitor and ensure adequate stock levels of mixtures for Research & Analysis market clients.
  • Market Intelligence: Verify tender results, seek client feedback, and report market intelligence (technical, pricing, strengths, weaknesses).
  • Compliance & Reporting: Adhere to company regulations, report KPIs (e.g., number of responses, won/lost contracts), and archive documentation.

Nasze wymagania

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in management, administration, chemical or similar studies.
  • Experience in Public Tender Bids will be additional advantage.
  • Task oriented attitude proven by results.
  • Advanced written/spoken English, Polish – native.
  • Attention to details.
  • Open and positive personality, energetic and responding optimistically to challenges.
  • Ability to work in an international context.
  • Fluent in work with Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheets or similar applications.
