Our client is seeking a talented Public Law and Regulation Lawyer to join their team in Paris. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a lawyer with 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience to work on diverse public law matters and further develop their career in a dynamic legal environment.Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and assistance on a wide range of public law and regulatory matters, including administrative law, public procurement, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support clients in understanding and navigating complex regulatory frameworks.
- Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, opinions, and regulatory filings.
- Assist in representing clients before administrative authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop effective legal strategies and solutions.
Qualifications:
- Qualified avocat with 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience in public law and regulation.
- Admission to the bar in Paris.
- Strong academic background in law, with a focus on public law.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
