Our client is a leading player in the automotive industry, and we’re on the lookout for a talented and passionate Purchasing Specialist to join their team! You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of their rental operations. If you have a knack for negotiating, a keen eye for market trends, and a passion for optimizing procurement strategies, we want to hear from you!Collaborate with automotive distributors to negotiate procurement contracts, pricing, and terms for vehicles to support their rental operations
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and logistics
Monitor market trends, vehicle models, and pricing to ensure cost-effective and quality purchases
Develop and implement innovative procurement strategies to optimize vehicle acquisition
Maintain detailed records and documentation related to procurement, including purchase orders, invoices, and supplier contracts
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, fostering strong relationships with current partners
Assist in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to vehicle procurement
Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure that all vehicles meet and exceed quality standards and safety requirementsElvárások / RequirementsBachelor’s degree
Minimum 2-3 years of sales or procurement experience
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competition
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Results-driven and self-motivated
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
