Each year, close to 100 million people have a better day because of our medicines.If you want a role that has a global reach and impacts on results within the Global Development areas join us in creating a future legacy in medical dermatologyYour Role:In this senior role as PV Compliance Expert you will be responsible for supporting LEO Pharma’s PV Compliance Strategy by being the compliance expert delivering pharmacovigilance insight and guidance to the business and represent Global Safety in cross-functional projects. This position will also be responsible for driving the successful execution of key PV compliance deliverables and QPPV oversight.Your key responsibilities will include:· Providing innovative and strategic guidance and setting direction for internal and external stakeholders for pharmacovigilance compliance deliverables· Supporting the development and execution of QPPV compliance oversight, ensuring a strong foundation for data collection, analysis and reporting· Driving PV compliance projects by acting as PV Compliance Expert and key contributor with knowledge and support as needed.· Represent Global Safety in cross-functional business projects, ensuring strong safety input to our business strategy.· Take the lead on local and global inspections and audit as relevant, and support and maintain the processes for PV inspections/audits including CAPA management· Proactively contribute to QPPV oversight by means of relevant measures (e.g. PSMF maintenance, PV contract management deliverables, compliance data and ad hoc requests)Your QualificationsTo excel in this role, you will need:· Pharmacist, or other equivalent Master’s qualification, preferably in a natural science discipline.· Extensive experience within the pharmaceutical industry – min 5-7 years.· Strong project management skills and the ability to interpret guidelines to provide strategic recommendations· Strong business acumen and excellent collaborative and communication skills.· Ability to independently solve common issues and make improvements to systems within the area of responsibility to deliver results.· Strong sense of processes and procedures and how to convey complex.Your New TeamAs a PV Compliance Expert, you will be a valued member of our Global Safety QPPV Office.
