Proudly awarded as Responsible employer of the year and received an award for Diverse workplace and award for Ergonomic program.What Role Will You Play In Our TeamThe Software Security Group is responsible for education, guidance, and development/support for tools used to scan applications coded by ExxonMobil Developers, Capability Team Programmers, and Third-Party Developers. Location: Budapest, Hungary.What You Will DoThe role requires teamwork, learning a broad technical understanding of common services and platforms, supporting the application programming/lifecycle practices, and good communication skills. Ideal Candidate – skilled developer with Python and/or C# experience. Focus will be supporting/maintaining application security scanning tools (SAST/DAST), as well as opportunities to create new features for existing tools, or propose new tools. Experience with GitHub Enterprise (EMU) and Azure/AWS is a plus.About You: Skills And QualificationsExperience with at least one of the following:

• Practical scripting experience with tools/languages like C# (.NET), Go, JavaScript, Java, Python, Ruby, Perl
• Design and development of Restful APIs
• Proficiency in Code Version tools: GIT
• Understanding of Cloud concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Knowledge of common Open-Source Software frameworks
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications/Experience

• BS/BA in a related discipline (i.e., Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, etc.)
• Knowledge of the Secure Software Development Lifecycle
• Knowledge of the OWASP Top 10 practices
• Hands-on technical expertise in building security capabilities in code and deploying infrastructure in code
• Any Microsoft Azure or AWS certification is a plus
