With products and services in more than 200 countries and territories provided through its own brand and branded business segments, Euronet and its financial technologies and networks make participation in the global economy easier, faster and more secure for everyone.We are looking for a Project Manager to manage and oversee complex projects within the financial services sector.The successful candidate will be part of a multinational team, based in our Warsaw office and contribute to the successful delivery of innovative financial solutions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• End to end project management of complex projects in the field of Electronic Financial Transactions across Europe.
• Develop project plans that display milestones, monitor progress, and conduct regular project reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and manage changes in scope and schedules.
• Ensure that projects scope is communicated and understood amongst the stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholders’ expectations and concerns.
• Identify risks on a timely manner, as well as provide mitigation plans and seek innovative ways to remove project obstacles.
• Maintain regular reporting of projects’ status in company portal and to project stakeholders in written.

Requirements:GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related academic field.
• A minimum three (3) years of Project Management experience in multinational environments preferably within the financial services and/or banking sectors. Prior technical/software engineering experience is preferable.
• Proven experience in coaching and mentoring project teams.
• Business and Technical understanding of the Electronic Financial Transactions (EFT) business (POS, e-commerce, or ATM) and/or banking IT will be considered a plus.
• Fluency in English and Polish, both verbal and written.

• Process driven, proactive in anticipating problems and potential solutions well in advance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; written and oral.
