The position
As Manager of our Packaging and QA Release team, you will be a part of the management team in the Quality Assurance department, where you will lead by example and set the direction in close collaboration with the other managers and your 11 dedicated co-workers. 

You will support your employees in their daily effort to solve tasks and challenges as well as making clear prioritisations. In close collaboration with other departments at our site, you will shape a working environment that empowers the employees to use and build their individual competencies and provide a high level of job excitement. 

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who takes pride in achieving excellent results through the people they lead and keep engaged. You thrive in the decision-making role where decisiveness, self-consciousness and conflict management are key words, and you know how to win acceptance through direct and clear communication.

To succeed in this position, you:
•    have an academic degree in engineering or similar
•    have at several years of leadership experience
•    have been in QA/QMS related roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
•    have excellent stakeholder management skills to interact at various levels within the organisation
•    are fluent in English and Danish

About the department
You will be a part of the Quality Assurance department and have a workday with a large degree of independence while working closely with highly skilled colleagues both in your team and across the organisation. 

Your team, Packaging and QA Release, consists of 11 employees (Engineers and semi-skilled workers) and are responsible for Quality oversight and Quality assurance of our internal packaging at Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing, as well as the QA release of all raw materials, intermediates and finished products. 

The team is part of Needle Manufacturing & Sourcing QA which is overall responsible for Quality Assurance of the global end-to-end supply chain of Novo Nordisk’s pen needles including both internal and external production as well as manufacturing development.
