Quality Assurance Associate
Preferably based in the Gorinchem, ‘s-Hertogenbosch, Tilburg, or Breda region
Full-time | On-site (5 days/week, some admin work from home possible)

About the Role

Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to grow in a quality-focused environment within the medical device industry? As a Quality Assurance Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that critical components and materials meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You’ll support incoming inspections, rework activities, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, purpose-driven setting.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career (1-3 years’ experience preferred), or someone from a logistics/warehouse background looking to step into the regulated world of medical devices.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect incoming materials and support material qualification processes.

Perform rework tasks and manage ad hoc tooling installations.
*

Handle order entry, contact with suppliers, and manage disposable inventory.
*

Support cross-departmental work and lean initiatives on site.
*

Assist in maintaining quality documentation and records per ISO 13485 and QMS requirements.

Register and process RMAs (complaints) and assist with documentation during audits or inspections (e.g., FDA).
*

Arrange shipments and general operational support tasks.

What We’re Looking For

1-3 years of work experience (QA, lab, warehouse, or regulated industry preferred).

Comfortable with physical tasks (e.g., lifting up to 25kg).
*

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
*

Open to cross-functional tasks and hands-on teamwork.
*

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer systems.
*

Background in mechanical/electrical work is a plus.
*

English proficiency is sufficient; Dutch is not required.
