Location: Beilen, Drenthe | Sector: Food | Start Date: 5/12/2025 | Job ref: 55083About the RoleA major production site in Beilen, specializing in premium Infant and Toddler Food (IFT), is preparing for a high-stakes audit by the Chinese State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR). This audit is critical for maintaining the license to export to the Chinese market.We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented QA Project Manager to lead the audit readiness initiative across the entire site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all systems, processes, and organizational behaviors meet Chinese regulatory requirements. The outcome of this audit will directly impact market access and business continuity.ResponsibilitiesLead the site-wide project to achieve full audit readiness for the SAMR inspection.Drive compliance efforts in alignment with Chinese IFT regulatory standards.Implement quality awareness and behavioral improvement programs.Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including quality, production, engineering, procurement, and HR.Oversee capital investment projects and upgrades to compliance-related systems.Provide clear leadership, motivation, and direction across all functions.Ensure transparent reporting, documentation, and communication to all stakeholders.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of Project Management experience in a manufacturing or operational setting.Strong background or affinity with quality assurance and compliance in the food sector.Academic degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field.Proven track record managing complex projects with both technical and human dimensions.Experience with major capital investments and food safety systems.Fluent in Dutch and strong communication skills in cross-functional environments.Other information
