Role Responsibilities:
– Lead and inspire a dedicated team, ensuring compliance with critical industry standards and safeguarding the company’s reputation as a Principal Qualified Person (QP) and Main Responsible Person (RP).

Requirements:
– Hold a Master’s degree in industrial pharmacy with a Qualified Person (QP) certification, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
– Bring several years of experience managing a Quality Assurance department, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of GMP, GDP, ISO-13485 legislation.
– Show proficiency in Dutch and English, with excellent communication skills to engage effectively at all organizational levels, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
