Job Description Summary The Global Business Services (GBS) team helps drive BD forward by seeking out and implementing innovative ways to operate effectively and efficiently. As Quote-to-Cash Analyst EMEA, you will be responsible for managing EMEA End to End QTC data and analytics, reporting service and performance metrics and identifying continuous improvement opportunities to bring the regional QTC service levels to target.Job DescriptionAbout RoleThis is a great opportunity for someone with a proven passion for BI and Analytics and the ability to communicate its value as a strategic business advantage. You will collaborate with the regional QTC leaders and regional functional leaders to design and implement standardized dashboards across the End-to-End QTC process. In addition, you will support the improvement of Business Process Excellence in the QTC continuum. The QTC Analyst EMEA will report to the QTC EMEA Analytics Lead, based in Wroclaw Poland.In this role, your core responsibilities will be to:Define QTC dashboard and metricsMaintain dashboards, metric reports, and data visualizationsAnalyze information to identify gaps & CI opportunities and work with the respective regional data owners to drive CI and improvement initiativesMonitor data quality and process complianceServe as a continuous connector who operates through the lens of what can be done to simplify and improveProvide consistent and effective communications on metrics performanceAbout youWe are looking for a candidate who has experience working with large data sets and has advanced BI skills, and relevant experience with data management tools, data architectures and analytical platforms.Additionally, we are looking for:Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drill-down for root causes and corrective actionsWorking knowledge of data processing principles and its application in solving standard and non-standard technical problems and ability to identify trends and underlying problems.Coding and code troubleshooting knowledge required in one or more relevant platforms: Python 3x (Pandas, Anaconda, Jupyter), Databrics, SQL, M language, DAX.Strong data visualization skillFluency in English both written & oral mandatoryExperience with CI and project management approaches & tools will be an additional assetBroad understanding of processes, technology and data across multiple functional disciplines (e.g. customer facing, service management, finance, supply chain, quality)We are the makers of possibleBD is one of the largest global medical technology companies in the world.
