Our client is dairy cooperative with international presence, formed by dairy farmers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. The company has a large product range including milk, yoghurts, baby and infant nutrition, cheese, butter and several locations in the Netherlands.Role Description
As a Quality Project Manager you will lead the critical audit projects. In this role you will focus on ensuring that the site meets Chinese regulatory compliance standards, a must for maintaining the license to export to China. You will lead cross-functional teams, drive process and behavioral improvements, and be responsible for bringing the site to a fully audit-ready state.Responsibilities
– Lead and deliver the project to ensure full compliance with Chinese SAMR regulations.
– Motivate and coordinate multiple teams handling quality systems, investments, and behavioral training.
– Collaborate across departments including quality, production, technology, procurement, and HR.
– Align with stakeholders on progress and risk mitigation.
– Champion quality awareness and implement sustainable compliance improvements.Requirements
– 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in quality assurance or the food industry.
– Academic-level thinking with a background in project management, food technology, or engineering.
– Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
– Able to navigate complex, multidisciplinary environments and drive people-focused change.
– Affinity with regulatory compliance is a strong advantage.Other information
