Salary: £26-34k, based on experienceAre you an organised, confident communicator with a passion for client service?Our client, a boutique fieldwork and data agency based in Leeds and specialising in the Consumer sector, is looking for an experienced Quantitative Project Manager to join their growing team.This is a fantastic opportunity to be part a collaborative and friendly group of experts who are passionate about delivering high-quality data collection. In this role, you will manage key client accounts, contribute to workload planning, and contribute to new business opportunities.If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a team-focused environment, this could be the perfect next step in your career!Key Responsibilities
- Assist and coordinate the delivery of ad hoc and tracker quant projects
- Acting as the main client liaison, building trust and understanding client needs
- Attending client meetings, briefs and debriefs
- Preparing quotes, managing budgets, and maximising project margins
- Monitoring project progress and proactively managing timelines and challenges
- Checking questionnaire links, managing sampling, and monitoring quotas
- Supporting and training more junior members of the team
About You
- At least 2 years of experience in a Quant project management role in a UK market research agency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A highly organised ‘plate spinner’ approach and a keen eye for detail
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with confidence to ‘think on your feet’
- Strong relationship-building skills and emotional intelligence
- A collaborative spirit, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
