As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in managing cost and commercial performance across multiple high-spec data centre projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and our in-house consultants to ensure cost efficiency, contract compliance, and project success from inception to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare cost plans, estimates, and tender documentationManage procurement processes and contractor negotiationsMonitor project budgets and provide accurate reportingAssess variations and claims, ensuring commercial controlSupport contract administration and risk managementLiaise with stakeholders to provide strategic cost adviceRequirementsDegree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field3+ years’ experience, preferably with data centre, M&E, or large-scale industrial projectsStrong knowledge of procurement, contracts and cost management principlesExcellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skillsAbility to work on-site and remotely as requiredChartered or working towards chartership (MRICS or equivalent) is desirableApply now or call call Conor on 021- 2300428 to find out more.
