Applications from women are especially welcome.Requirements for candidates: * Experience in any of the following Physiotherapy areas: (i) Manual therapy; (ii) Therapeutic exercise and movement control; (iii) Rehabilitation and prevention of cardiorespiratory diseases.
- Hold a doctoral degree. For candidates applying under the general access category, the doctoral degree must have been obtained between January 1, 2014, and December 31, 2022.
- Not have been a recipient of a Ramón y Cajal grant in previous calls.
- Not be a recipient of any Juan de la Cierva grants in any of their modalities.
- Submit no more than one application in the current Ramón y Cajal 2024 call.

This amount covers the cost of each contract for the 5 years of the grant, including the remuneration to be received by the researcher and the employer’s contribution to Social Security. The grants awarded will be subject to the tax regulations in force at the time of granting. The contracted researcher must receive the minimum gross salary established in the corresponding call.Additionally, the grant includes a complementary amount specified in the call.
