Re-Engagement Mentor

Responsible to the Head of Inclusion you will focus on the mentor support for beneficiaries on the College’s Year 11’s project.  This will involve action planning, reviews and wrap-around support for year 11s and the completion of the relevant paperwork. You will also mentor young people aged 16-18 and 16-24 (with Lifelong Learning Difficulties/Disabilities) who are currently NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) or who are at risk of becoming NEET.

You must have previous experience of working with young people in the 15-24 age group, proven ability to motivate, re-engage and enthuse young people to establish positive relationships and the ability to act on your own initiative and meet deadlines.
