This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified or junior associate to work on high-value, cross-border real estate transactions while developing their skills within a supportive and dynamic environment.Position OverviewAs a Real Estate Finance Associate, you will play a key role in the firm’s London-based team, working closely with financial sponsors and lenders on a variety of acquisition, development, investment, and leverage financing deals. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the practice by delivering exceptional legal advice and support on complex transactions spanning various real estate asset classes throughout the UK and continental Europe.ResponsibilitiesAdvise financial sponsors and lenders on a range of real estate financing transactionsDraft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to acquisition, development, investment, and back-leverage financingConduct due diligence and manage transaction timelinesCollaborate with partners, associates, and clients to ensure seamless execution of dealsStay abreast of industry trends and developments to provide informed advice to clientsRequirementsNewly qualified or up to 1 year of post-qualification experience in real estate finance or a related fieldQualification to practice law in England and WalesStrong academic background and excellent drafting skillsAbility to manage multiple transactions and prioritise workload effectivelyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsIntellectual curiosity, entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for the lawFor more information about this position, please get in touch with Rebecca Collins.
